groove coverage 是德国新晋乐队，以其混合多种元素的舞曲风格迅速走红，驰名全欧，声音相当润滑舒适悦耳。成员有两名，刈是主唱 mell（04/08/1981 出生）和 dj novus（原名 markus schaffarzyk，11/07/1976 出生）。 德国柏林举办的一年一度的“2003年德国舞曲大赏 deutchscher dance award”，groove coverage 以新人之姿荣获提名入围多项奖项（best dance act national 年度最佳舞曲团体，best dance hit 年度最佳舞曲，best newcomer最佳新进艺人），最终 groove coverage 获得评审团青睐夺得了年度最佳舞曲团体奖项。
